It’s Tulip Festival time in Ottawa. Holland’s thank you to Ottawa every year since the Second World War, for giving refuge to the Dutch Royal Family and helping to liberate the Netherlands, has been a gift of thousands of tulip bulbs. They are planted all over the city and provide beautiful vistas that residents, tourists, and photographers enjoy.
