Back to Bath

We're back in Bath so that I can show you some of the sweet wee gardens that lie hidden from sight. If you wander up to the Royal Crescent, have a peek over the fences and look down, you will find these charming patios with just the right amount of garden added to the space. The Georgian townhouses that form the Royal Crescent were built in the 18th cenutryand were designed by architect John Wood the Younger.

Flowers - Ready for Their Close-up

Some flowers are just so beautiful they deserve a close-up shot. Just look at these ruffles... like a ballerina's tutu.

Salisbury Gardens

Stonehenge is not the only reason to visit Salisbury. There is a splendid cathedral, and as is the case all over England, some very lovely gardens everywhere you walk. And of course those gardens usually have gorgeous buildings as backdrops.
